Dear Parent

Our Annual Christmas Fair has always been a great success mainly due to the tremendous support we

receive from you, the children and the wider

community. This year we would once again ask for your help by donating items that we could use for

resale. Some of the items we are looking for are listed below and can be brought in at any time between now and the night of the fair.

Cake Stall

Every year our cake stall is very successful because of your generosity. Any home made cakes, sweets, buns or preserves may be left in the assembly hall on the day of the sale.

Food Hamper

Please bring in 1 non-perishable food item for the hamper. i.e. packet of biscuits, bottle of shloer, tin of soup etc. This will be for a raffle to be drawn on the night of the fair.

Bran Tub

The Bran tub is one of the most popular stalls at the fair, so to make it a success we need your support. We ask that every child brings at least 2 wrapped gifts to the value of 50p marked either – girl/boy/both. i.e. small packet of sweets, notebook,

pencils, crayon, hair accessories etc.

Remember we are a nut free school!

All items can be left in the assembly hall or with the class teacher.

Christmas Shop

There will be a Christmas shop opened each morning in the assembly hall from Monday 20th November to Wednesday 22nd November. All items will be 50p!

Please do plan to come along on Thursday 23rd November, bring your children and friends to have fun, enjoy mince pies, meet Santa and get into the

Christmas spirit!

Thank you for all your support!
